Another Adoption...

While I was busy updating the last blog, Errin was in the local saloon having a cold beer....and there she met Louis. Not the young stud that we have been looking for, rather a fine looking 60+ gentleman who looks a wee bit like Hugh Heffner!! Anyway, I arrive at the bar to find out that we had been adopted again! We were invited to the home of Louis's cousin, Colin, for dinner. They own a B&B called Reflection Lodge - beautiful property - were very welcoming and served us way too much red wine!!! It was a fun night for sure, and then we parked up on the property.....

This was the view we woke up to - nice, eh? And look, the sun does shine in this area after all!!

So we decided that it was time to do our helicopter ride - Errin's a virgin when it comes to this kind of riding.....

Oh, it was just fine and we had a fantastic time. The weather was perfect. The views were stunning........

Mount Cook from the helicopter. Incredible and worth every penny of the trip. So, what do we do? Perform our signature move on Fox Glacier.....

Nope. We're not having any fun at all.
Love you,
Joan & Errin

Hello world travellers

We are so enjoying your blog, the pictures are fantastic and you are getting so tanned and relaxed looking (except for Errin in the helicopter)!

Keep those cards and letters coming as they say, you have quite a little following here in Victoria with me, Rick, Eric and one of Rick's cop friends who is going to New Zealand following along!

Love ya both
Chris
